Google Classroom and Google Apps for Education offers students an easy interface and platform to create work product and receive teacher feedback. It is also conducive to cooperative learning activities, such as Literature Circles.
One example would be the use of Quizlet and Quizlet Live to study text related vocabulary.
Another example would involve utilizing CommonLit, an online paired text site comprising fiction and nonfiction texts that are easily differentiated with guided reading and audio accompaniment.
