I do this because students with exceptional learning needs possess numerous abilities. As I work with mild-to-moderately disabled students in their least restrictive environments, I strive to enhance their abilities while helping them develop skills and work toward their goals.
As a trained special educator, I am qualified to administer and interpret academic evaluations and develop and execute Individual Education Programs (IEPs). By conscientiously attending to the transition planning process and working with all members of a Team, I am able to construct IEPs that are designed to help students achieve meaningful educational progress.
